Gloria Mahame

Gloria graduated from Stonehill College with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and began her career in healthcare while still in school. During her junior year, she worked at Vinfen Corporation as a Direct Support Provider, gaining hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental and mental health challenges.

Before joining the Serenity team as Director of Quality Assurance, she served as a Psychiatric Technician at Spring Harbor Hospital, providing compassionate care to patients with diverse mental health needs. She later transitioned into the medical device industry as a Quality Specialist at Philips Medical, where she reviewed and analyzed product complaints to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

This role strengthened her expertise in quality systems and industry standards. Outside of work, Gloria enjoys hiking, exploring new trails, and spending time with family and friends.
