Claude Sebashi is Human Resources manager at Serenity Residential Care since June 2021. Claude holds a master’s degree in Human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in Education. Before devoting to work with serenity residential care, he worked as Director of Administration and Human resources in Rwanda -Africa for seven year and Director of Education in same country for eleven years.
