The training consists of training staff for each specific member of our agency. Upon being assigned to a member, and then prior to working any shift with that member, each Serenity staff meets with the management team to receive information regarding the member’s Person-Centered Plan (PCP) goals, Behavioral and/or Strictly Intrusive Plan and how to best implement strategies to help the member overcome challenges.
